Subject: Whale watching
Is there a charter that runs for whale watching? We will be on LBI in late July.

Submitted By The Answer Man on February 14, 2002

*None* of the "charter boat" ads in the local yellow pages mentions whale watches. Only bay cruises and Atlantic City casino excursions.

Additional information about whale watching from NJ. July does *not* look like a good time to spot whales:

"Our whale watching season runs from January through mid-April, or as long as the whales remain in our area."

This boat is *NOT* docked at LBI, it is in Brielle, NJ.
