Bad hurricane prediction posted on April 10, 2013
Just heard some bad predictions from hurricane experts. Next season will be 19 named storms, nine hurricanes, 4 major hurricanes, and high possibility of US landfall.

Don't want to get into debate over global warming but this is just as I feared. More and more bad storms for us.

Here comes the 20th Anniversary of Dec. 1992 Nore posted on December 10, 2012
Anyone on here remember? It was before I bought my condo but I did drive onto the Island the following week and actually talked my way past a policeman saying I was checking out my father's partner's place (not true!). Anyway, I recall Harvey Cedars took the brunt of it back then. I didnt go south of the causeway. Comparisons to Sandy in terms of water levels & damage from anyone that recalls or was affected?

Has anyone noticed that Long Beach Township( as per website) is requiring an electrical inspection by a licensed electrician before power is resumed. What about the people that already hve power? This is a waste of time and money especially if yuor electrical was not affected. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I am being selfish, but does anyone know anything about Norwood and Berkeley Avenues? How far did the ocean go on these streets? Was everything flooded here and what about the houses? Thanks for answering if you have any info. I have looked at all the videos and I did not see my street.
