i was wondering seen how there is now public transport, are you able to walk from one end of the island to the other. approx how many kilometers long is the island. and would you advise a big crowed to go there for the summer. about 10 young people aged 20-21yrs old. is there a nite life and wheres they best nite life.

I was just curious to know information on parking down in long beach island. for instance whether there are parking meters and there cost. also if there are parking lots and whether there is a cost or is it free. finally if the use of a car is the main transportation used.
