Hi...I was wondering if the Silver Sun Mall and B&B Department store in Beach Haven will be opening? I have not hears anything on them.

From the Beach Haven Meeting held Monday night - some costs mentioned for house raising.

i was thinking of buying an ice cream truck and going into business as i will be in lbi area all spring and summer.
what do i need to be able to sell ice cream in the complete lbi area and is there any costs thank you

Any recommendations for a company to place fans to dry out my crawlspace?

It has been treated for mold and the insulation will be replaced next week -
but ground is still wet.

We have owned our Spray Beach, Beach House for the past 4 years and have been lucky enough to not have to rent it out in the summers or winters when we are not on LBI. With a child about to go to college, we have thought about renting our house out during the winter months. I happened to have met a very nice single person interested in a winter rental from September through May. I do not have the use of a realtor for advice, since I will be renting by owner and I want to make sure I do everything by the letter of the law. Where should I go to get a rental agreement? Can I do this myself or do I need an attorney? Also, should I check that my homeowners insurance allows for renting and if not, do I just need a rider? Anything else I should be aware of before I proceed? Appreciate any responses!

Does anyone know a trustworthy crib rental service? i've traveled alot and have been stuck with broken down cribs that were not safe. can someone please tell me a good place to rent a crib in LBI?

Our family has a home on the island with Andersen brand windows that open by turning a crank. Can anyone recommend a contractor or company in the area that services/replaces window cranks? I haven't had much luck with the phone book or searching online, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Has anyone ever used Giottini Landscaping? If so, do you have any opinions/comments about them. I got their name from the Sandpaper classifieds and they are giving me a quote for some work.

I have a cape and the 2 BR upstairs get unbearably hot. We normally put in window a/c units, but, can't stand the loud compressor noise anymore. Has anyone had the ductless air conditioners installed? About how much for just the 2 BRs upstairs? And, anyone have recommendations on who to use? Thanks!
