The Barnegat Light Area Branch of AAUW meets on the fourth Thursday of each month
at Carroll's Restaurant in Manahawkin at 6:30 PM for dinner.

The American Association of University Women, Barnegat Light Area Branch
supports education by raising scholarship funds for both area High Schools and
for the AAUW National Educational Foundation. Our Barnegat Light Area Branch
offers its own Continuing Education Award to a woman resident of the Branch
area which extends from Forked River to New Gretna. The applicant must be at
least age 25 and want to commence or continue her college education in a four
year or graduate degree program. Applications for 1999 may be obtained by
