All rooms accommodate two people comfortably with either a Queen size bed or two Adult size twin beds...
Rooms on the upper level have either ocean views or balconies...
All Guests have access to our front ocean deck and roof top deck...
 

 

Guest Reservations and Refunds:
All reservations are for only two people (age at least 21 years when not supervised) in a room.
All guests will be asked to leave if there are more than two people per room and will be charged an additional night.
Upon making a reservation, one night will be put onto charge card. A cancellation date will be given to you.  If cancellation is done by set date, a surcharge of $75.00 will be kept. After cancellation date, one night will be kept.
NO pets or smoking allowed. Additional charge for cleaning will be charged and guests will be asked to leave. No refunds.
