To better serve his clients, Steve recently earned the
Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from the New Jersey Association
of Realtors. He was awarded this designation after completing 90 hours of
classroom instruction covering such subjects as contract law, professional
standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Courses are taught
by leading real estate instructors from around the country.
Harry Disbrow, Jr., owner/broker of Bayshore Agency recently congratulated Steve for being named a recipient of the prestigious Circle of Excellence award for the third consecutive year (2001, 2002. 2003). The New Jersey Association of Realtors presents this award annually to those who have demonstrated outstanding sales. Both Pam and Steve continue to serve the community as active participants in Island activities such as the Garden Club and the St. Francis Community Center Meels on Wheels program. Both are positive additions to the Bayshore team in representing tenants, owners, buyers and sellers of LBI and mainland properties. |
